1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 99xx, accessing any section of our website, or placing any wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective immediately upon account registration.

99xx provides online gaming and sports betting services to eligible players in Bangladesh. Our platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and other gaming products subject to the rules described herein. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice where required by law or operational necessity.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 99xx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your membership:

• Identity: You must register using your genuine legal identity. One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Sound Judgment: You must not be under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment when placing wagers. Bets placed under such conditions may be voided.
• Account Funding: All funds deposited into your 99xx account must come from legitimate sources. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of our KYC process.

99xx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.

3Account Registration & Security

When you register for a 99xx account you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following rules govern the maintenance and security of your account:

• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 99xx will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or phone call.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
• Account information, including your registered mobile number and payment method details, must be kept up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or result in failed transactions.
• 99xx operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and the registered user may be permanently banned from the platform.

99xx uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Despite these protections, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and internet connection.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

99xx supports instant deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladeshi payment channels. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved gateways as listed in the cashier section. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at checkout.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and ensure the integrity of our financial processes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 business hours for verified accounts. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend to 24 hours. 99xx does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All currency amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 99xx is not liable for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations if you attempt to fund your account through non-BDT sources.

99xx reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any transaction. Transactions flagged as suspicious may be held pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, affected balances will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

5Bonuses & Promotions

99xx offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and cricket-specific promotional offers. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in full on each individual promotion page and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g. ×20 rollover of the bonus amount).
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 99xx reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially met the wagering requirement, the player's progress will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting systems, hedging bets across promotions, or any other conduct 99xx determines to be exploitative — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Free spins won as part of a promotion are credited to eligible slot games only. Winnings generated from free spins are converted to bonus funds and are subject to the applicable rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money.

6Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

99xx is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Use of any software, bot, script, algorithm, or third-party tool designed to automate betting or gain an advantage over the platform's natural game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical glitches, or errors in game logic to generate unearned winnings. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Money laundering, fraud, or the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments. All financial activity is monitored and suspicious patterns are reported.
• Abusive, offensive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at 99xx staff, agents, or other players through any channel including live chat and support email.

99xx employs dedicated fraud-detection and game-integrity systems that monitor player activity in real time. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct forfeit all winnings, bonuses, and account balances, and may face permanent exclusion from the platform.

7Intellectual Property

All content available on the 99xx platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 99xx or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the 99xx platform or its content for commercial purposes without express written consent from 99xx. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8Privacy & Data Protection

99xx collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the lawful operation of the platform. 9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99xx, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from your access to or use of the platform, even if 99xx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

99xx's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

10Amendments & Governing Law

99xx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

Any dispute arising from your use of 99xx that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration. 99xx operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair resolution of all player concerns.

11Responsible Gaming

99xx is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 12Termination & Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 99xx account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements having been met. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

99xx reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or where continued operation of the account would expose the platform or other users to harm or legal risk. In cases of termination for cause, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.
